These terms govern access to Wakili Cloud. By using the service, users agree to use it lawfully and only for authorized legal-practice activities.

Account responsibilities

Users are responsible for safeguarding their credentials, maintaining accurate account information and ensuring that access to client or matter information is properly authorized.

Professional responsibility

Wakili Cloud is a practice-management tool and does not provide legal advice. The firm and its users remain responsible for court deadlines, professional judgments, record accuracy, backups and compliance with applicable professional duties.

Google Calendar

Calendar synchronization is optional. Users remain responsible for checking official court records and Wakili Cloud. Delivery or display of a third-party calendar event is not guaranteed because it depends on Google services, connectivity and continued user authorization.

Acceptable use

Users must not attempt unauthorized access, interfere with the service, upload malicious content or use the platform in violation of law or another person's rights.

Availability

The service may occasionally be unavailable for maintenance, updates or circumstances outside reasonable control. Features may be improved or changed over time.
